DMITRIY SHLEYMOVICH, ESQ.

Mr. Shleymovich was admitted to New York bar in 2002 and has almost two decades of experience in real estate, corporate and commercial matters. He enjoys a diverse commercial practice, focusing on complex real estate transactions, as well as corporate, commercial and finance matters. Mr. Shleymovich also regularly renders legal opinions in connection with a wide range of transactions involving of New York law as well as opinions on substantive consolidation matters.

For many years Mr. Shleymovich practiced law with major law firms such as Brown Raysman Millsten Felder & Steiner LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

In the course of his career Mr. Shleymovich has advised and represented major financial institutions, medium-sized and small businesses, lenders, developers, commercial landlords and tenants, medical and dental practices, and individuals in connection with a broad array of matters, which include the following:
